  • 1st part:
    • Introduction to social skills.
    • Explanation of basic terms relating to social relations:
      • Cocktails, banquets, receptions, etc.
      • Abbreviations, slogans, terms
    • Social preferences
    • Introductions
    • Addressing people and using titles
    • Using first names
    • Basics of non-verbal communication ethics: shaking hands, how to position yourself, maintaining spatial distance, etc.
    • Training of selected most frequent situations
  • 2nd part:
    • The importance of image – psychological aspects of clothes, first impression.
    • Dress codes, explanation of basic terms
      • Business, business casual, black tie, etc.
    • Personal marketing or clothes as a communication tool – how to dress for various opportunities and clients
    • Company and its corporate culture – how to dress with regard to one’s own and the client’s corporate cultur
    • Specific features and exceptions in dress code in relation to the particular job position, social situation
