Viktor vystudoval Fakultu informatiky a statistiky na Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze a má více než 10 let zkušeností v oboru pojišťovnictví především z oblasti zajištění a pojistné matematiky. V KPMG působí od roku 2015 jako manažer aktuárského týmu a specializuje se na auditní a poradenské služby pro pojišťovny. V KPMG se, vedle množství statutárních auditů pojišťoven, účastnil řady projektů zaměřených na implementaci Solvency II, MCEV review, due dilligence nebo ocenění zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Viktor je členem České společnosti aktuárů.
