Mentoring provides new perspectives and offers friendship and mutual respect. The relationship between the mentor and the mentee develops continuously. It brings new knowledge, experience as well as satisfaction and joy. Mentoring consists of mentors sharing experience with mentees while mentees share their knowledge with their mentors.

Who are the intended participants?

Who will be your mentor?

Mgr. Hana Pleskačová

Hana has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and in the area of financial services provision, where she was primarily responsible for financial management and devoted herself to issues like the configuration of financial management and the operative controlling of companies which also involved contract management and business administration. She has led numerous implementation projects and gained valuable experience as an actuary, in middle management positions in controlling and administration and as the financial director of a large international corporation. Precisely this last role of hers in top management led her to coaching and mentoring. Hana firmly believes that coaching and mentoring provide management with added value in times of change. She has been involved with coaching and mentoring since 2010. In her work she uses her experience and methods which she acquired during a NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) Practitioner Certification course.

Mentoring programme for social enterprices: Many thanks to KPMG for the mentoring experience. I found it immensely beneficial.
