Jan focuses on transfer pricing issues and connected international taxation concerns. He has participated in a number of projects that focused on the setting and documentation of transfer prices, especially for financial transitions and institutions. Jan also has experience in intra-group financing and valuations, and has represented numerous clients during tax inspections.
