Michal has been engaged in consultancy projects and audits of financial institutions for over twelve years. He has extensive knowledge of IFRS and Czech accounting legislation. He specialises in financial management projects and solutions for CFOs and concentrates on projects aimed at the review of internal processes and costs, accounting software implementation, fast-close projects and internal audit projects.
