Luděk Vacík

Ludek has more than 20 years experience in the area of tax advisory, including over 15 years in “Big 4” consulting firms. He is leading manager of the Mergers & Acquisitions and International Tax Group of KPMG Czech Republic. Ludek is the leader of the Committee of international taxation and duties of the Chamber of Tax Advisers of the Czech Republic. Ludek specializes mainly in the area of mergers and acquisitions and structuring of foreign investments in the Czech Republic, including tax due diligence, company restructurings, international tax advisory or comprehensive corporate tax advisory services. Ludek was involved in analysis of the outputs of the OECD and EU BEPS initiatives including comments during the preparation of the final reports and discussion with the Czech Ministry of finance on implementations of individual BEPS actions in the Czech Republic.
