Mgr. Hana Pleskačová

Hana has more than 20 years’ experience in the insurance and financial services industry. There, she was mainly responsible for financial management – setting up financial management and operative controlling of companies involving, among other things, contract and trade management. She was in charge of numerous implementation projects. She started her career as an actuary, then became a middle manager of controlling and administration and afterwards served as the financial director of a major multinational company. Her role in top management led her to coaching and mentoring which she believes bring added value to management in a time of change. She has been engaged in the coaching and mentoring of managers since 2010; she uses her experience and methods obtained during the NLP Practitioner Certification, the Performance Consultant certification within the Entrepreneurs Institute/London/Singapore programme and her studies of Social Entrepreneurship at Oxford University.
