Tomáš Potměšil

Tomáš is a principal member of KPMG’s Global Customer Experience Centre of Excellence and the co-designer and developer of KPMG’s global CX method and CX training for subject matter experts from KPMG member firms worldwide. Among other things, Tomas has led CX transformation projects for ERSTE Bank in CEE, YBS Bank in the UK and Majid Al Futtaim Holding in Dubai. He knows how to identify and design customer journeys with the greatest potential to improve and transform customer experience.
