Programme
The aim of the training is to introduce trainees to the agile transformation of an organisation according to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), i.e. a framework for agile incremental product development in an enterprise environment, and get them to understand agile product development in an enterprise environment.
- Differences in agile approach under SCRUM and SAFe
- Understanding SAFe principles
- Building efficient agile teams and programmes
- Planning programme increments (in SCRUM terminology: sprint planning)
- SAFe program and portfolio management
- SAFe roles – team, product owner, scrum master, business owner, solution architect, release train engineer (scrum master of scrum masters), system teams
- Lean portfolio
- Loan budgets
- SCRUMXP and KANBAN as team approaches to incremental software deliveries.

Every participant will receive a link to the certification exam after the training. After passing the exam, participants will get access to Scaled Agile training and educational materials and to the agile community in the enterprise environment.
The training fee includes the certification exam and a one-year Scaled Agile membership.
The training fee excluding the certification exam and membership in Scaled Agile is CZK 28 600 excl. VAT.
The training will primarily be held in English. Czech-speaking instructors will be present during the entire training session.
