In the second half of the day, you will get hands-on experience of all the steps implemented in agile development.

  • Agile approaches in corporations (enterprise sphere) – outline – Spotify connection, LeSS, SAFe – In enterprise environments, a standard SCRUM approach is difficult to grasp due to the coordination of teams and the necessity for the comprehensive integration of systems being developed; in this block we will present basic possible approaches to the implementation of agile deliveries in an enterprise sphere and describe possible solutions.
  • Practical exercise: SCRUM in practice – 3 hour block
    • During the exercise, you will get to try all parts of the SCRUM process, including team coordination in building a joint product.
