Amendment to Labour Code focused on new annual leave concept, other innovations in 2020

The Chamber of Deputies is currently examining the draft of a major amendment to the Labour Code that should become partly effective as of 1 July 2020. However, other major changes are taking place in the labour-law field this year as well. The Czech Republic is also preparing for significant European legislative changes that will greatly affect Czech employers.
