Jana Fuksová

Jana specialises in tax advisory services for financial institutions and in tax disputes across sectors. As part of her provision of tax advisory services for financial institutions, Jana concentrates on corporate taxation, including the preparation and processing of tax returns, as well as on selected VAT issues, international tax aspects and related process issues primarily relating to banks, insurance companies and investment funds. During her professional career, Jana has also been involved in transformations including investment funds. Moreover, Jana specialises in tax procedure law, advisory in tax disputes, and representing clients in terms of tax inspections, appellate proceedings and subsequent court proceedings in front of regional courts and the Supreme Administrative Court. In this field, she participated in a number of comprehensive VAT and corporate income tax projects. Jana is an attorney at law and a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisers.
