Agile methods in enterprise environment – Spotify, SAFe

  • QBR/programme increment planning - how to plan increments across programme portfolios, dealing with interdependencies between teams
  • Granularity of requirements, their purpose and interdependency - epic - features - use stories
  • Continuous integration approach, incl. DevOps, release
  • System demo - software variants for presenting the outputs of each iteration
  • Innovation as a basis for future development - how to address an area for which typically no time is left in the standard waterfall concept
  • Architecture solutions in an agile environment.
