The training is organised in cooperation with the KPMG Business Institute in Slovakia.
Over recent years, finance functions have been going through changes that often bring more work and not always a positive result. When a change is just a change and when is it a good idea to start thinking about it as a project? How to manage the project and the associated changes to increase our chances of success?
Who are the intended participants?
- All those who oversee or manage projects, but project management is not their daily job
- Financial managers who realise that nowadays they sometimes need to manage projects rather than people and transactions
- Those who have to make do with internal resources when managing a project and want to do it as efficiently as possible
- Those who are involved in the project as they have been asked for collaboration and the project activities have been added on top of their usual agenda
