Barbora Cvinerová

Barbora is an attorney-at-law at the law offices of KPMG Legal where she offers advisory services on issues pertaining to labour law and the employment of foreigners. As part of her work, she prepares and revises internal employment documentation and employment contracts, resolves her clients‘ labour law issues, deals with compliance matters and the appropriate arrangement of remuneration and benefit systems, and assists during reorganisations that require reductions in staff numbers or during negotiations of collective agreements. She also offers legal advice pertaining to the processing of employee data and the secondment of employees, labour law disputes, and employment relationships with foreign elements.
