Miroslav Sprušanský

Miroslav has over 20 years of experience in different positions as COO/Director/Manager of delivery teams, Business analysts, offshore development team manager and Project Manager in various domains – software development, ERP (SAP), data archiving, DMS, CRM (Siebel, MS Dynamics) and Project & portfolio management (PPM Clarity/CA) implementation. He has a strong focus on leading teams of analysts, consultants, software developers including subcontractors and offshore teams. Miroslav has an extensive operative and line management skills managing the team of 30 – 50 employees, project team management with 10 – 30 vendor team members and 10-20 client’s team members. The main responsibility lies in the project portfolio, resource management, vendor management, sales support and procurement. His involvement in services delivery starts from sales support, including participation in contracts negotiation, project initiation, planning, delivery execution and project governance till service support delivery based on SLA.
