Decision-making driven by data rather than intuition can also be applied in human resource management. Analysing HR data helps you identify improvement opportunities in existing processes and practices. The training course deals with the principles of conceptual work with data and the definition of metrics in HR, as well as the technical knowledge necessary for basic data analysis.
