This coaching process focuses on exploring the inner dialogue and emotional significance of the challenges and decisions that people experience in their lives and work. It offers space for reflection on questions related to meaning, identity, freedom, and responsibility.
Part of the work also involves exploring four existential motivations—existence, life, authentic self, and meaning—which help to better understand oneself and one's own actions in the world.
