Programme

Leading in times of change requires more than just strategy and clear communication. True leadership lies in understanding people, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and authentic even in times of uncertainty.

This practical workshop offers leaders a space to develop these skills. It teaches how to communicate with confidence and respect during periods of transformation, such as mergers, restructuring, or other organizational changes.

Based on the principles of transformational coaching, participants will gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their team. They will learn how to stay grounded, foster open dialogue and trust, and lead others with a balance between results and humanity—while remaining aware of their values and personal integrity.

Coaching approaches and techniques

  • Existential analysis is a psychological-philosophical approach developed by Viktor Frankl and Alfred Längl. It focuses on helping individuals live in harmony with their inner consent, i.e., act, make decisions, and lead in accordance with their values, personal freedom, and meaning of life.
  • Mindfulness and self-relaxation techniques promote the ability to calm the mind, concentrate, and perceive the present moment with greater attention and self-awareness.
  • Gestalt coaching encourages you to stop and reconnect with yourself—to become aware of the present moment, your own thoughts, emotions, and behaviour patterns. It helps develop the ability to respond to life with greater clarity, authenticity, and self-compassion.

Benefits

  • Clarity and purpose: helps leaders connect with the deeper motivation behind their decisions and actions.
  • Authenticity: supports the alignment of personal values with professional behaviour.
  • Resilience and meaning: enables finding direction even in times of uncertainty or change.
  • Improved relationships: develops empathy, listening skills, and meaningful dialogue with others.
  • Better decision-making: strengthens the ability to make conscious, value-based decisions instead of reactive ones.
