  • Basic concepts of consolidation under CAS and IFRS (control, substantial influence, subsidiary and associate, jointly controlled entity)
  • When the obligation to consolidate arises, including the exceptions from the obligation to consolidate
  • Consolidated financial statements
  • Consolidation methods (full, proportionate, and equity methods)
  • Partial steps in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, including the elimination of mutual relations, consolidation adjustments, consolidation difference vs. goodwill
  • Practical examples
