Lukáš Cingr
Lukáš is an experience enthusiast who specialises in the design of customer and employee experiences. At KPMG, he has participated in numerous customer experience transformations and many other projects focusing on business analyses and analytics, helping to connect the dots between experience and company operations. As a member of the Global Customer Centre of Excellence, Lukas works to collate customer insights and drive innovation within the global network. Over the course of the engagement, he partook in designing KPMG Global CX methodology, CX learning courses, and a global depository of accelerators.
