The training course is organised in cooperation with the KPMG Business Institute in Slovakia.
Departments have been going through changes in recent years that often bring more work and don't always end with a positive outcome. When is it just about change and when is it a good time to start thinking about a project? How do we manage the project and the associated changes to increase our chances of success?
Who are the intended participants?
- Anyone who oversees or manages projects, but project management is not their day-to-day job.
- For financial managers who realise that sometimes projects increasingly drive business, more than people or individual transactions these days.
- For those who have to make do with internal resources when managing a project and want to do it as efficiently as possible.
- For those who are involved in the project, as they have been asked to collaborate and have project activities added to their regular agenda.
During the course we will go through the whole project cycle, find out how to work effectively with the project team and timeline, what to be sure not to forget during the project in order to successfully meet the project objectives within the agreed deadlines and budget. Together we will overcome project risks, critical situations, collaborators’ refusal to change and other project challenges.
The course will be conducted in an interactive manner, with lecturers actively engaging with participants, using practical examples and exercises in financial project management, project simulation, and role-playing.
